Subscription & Payment

How do I sign up?

You will first need to select your subscription offer from the 3 options available. Whether you're a white wine lover, red wine connoisseur, or bit of both, we have a combination that's right for you. Then, complete the checkout process by ensuring your delivery information is correct. The final step is to whet your appetite for that first delivery.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our wine subscriptions.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

Yes. You will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details before any wine can be delivered.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, you cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

How long are your contracts?

All ED Wine Co plans are month to month, and you can cancel any time. 

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can change your subscription to any of the 3 options at any time.

What day of the month will I be billed?

All monthly contract-free plans will be billed on the same day that you initially signed up and paid for the subscription. You will see the payment show up on your credit card statement as "ED Wine Co".

Wine Delivery

What are your locations for delivery?

We currently deliver to the following areas of Toronto: Beaches, Leslieville, Riverside, Corktown, Distillery, Cabbagetown, Riverdale, Downtown, Harbourfront, Rosedale, Danforth, Harbord Village, Annex, Kensington Market, Forest Hill, Yorkville, Davisville, Summerhill, Wychwood, Junction, Bloor West, High Park, Roncesvalles, Liberty Village, King West, Parkdale. If you don't see your neighbourhood on this list, please just call us to discuss our options.

What day of the month should I expect the delivery?

Deliveries happen on the 3rd Monday of every month, unless there is a holiday. In that case, delivery will be the following day. If this delivery date doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll sort out an alternative day.

What time of day will you arrive?

We can’t guarantee specific arrival times, as our delivery team needs to balance multiple drops in their schedule, which changes often. We will always do our very best to accommodate any specific requests you have based on your unique requirements.

What if I'm not home when you deliver the wine?

Because of liquor laws, someone over the age of 19 must sign for the delivery. If you miss you're delivery, we will contact you and we will organize an alternate date or time for you to receive you wine.

What do I do if I don't receive my delivery?

If there is an issue with receiving your delivery, contact us and we'll get to the bottom of it.>
